This was my first job as a concept artist, and I was fortunate enough to work with a great team of talented people at Perpetual Entertainment. I was originally hired just to design starships but due to the awesome work by John Eaves and Ryan Dening, and so many things needing to be created for STO, I worked as a general concept artist. Many thanks to Ryan for believing in my ability as a concept artist considering that I was coming from the world of physical product development. It was good times designing all kinds of weapons, props, ships, space and ground environments. I’ll sift through my roughs and try to post some of those in the future to give an idea of what goes into these sketches. Stay tuned. I posted concepts in my design website.
